Function

Spanning all 4 walls of this mechanical room, we have an NTI Boiler supplying heat for snowmelt, an indirect water heater, basement in-floor heat, garage in-floor heat and pool heat. Additionally, separate from the hydronic system, we installed a 3-zone forced air duct system with a gas furnace and a 5-stage air conditioner.

Unique Features

This system is one of our favourites due to its unique, eye-catching features. Running the boiler and gas piping along the ceiling and all 4 walls created more of a 3D feel than a typical system which normally spans a single wall. The recessed, LED-lit manifold wall added to the experience. Touring this room felt like entering a whole different world!
